These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases via www.snekkerbuks.com and its subdomains and to all sales agreements between Snekkerbuks and its customers. No agreement can be concluded between Snekkerbuks and its customer without the customer's agreement to these terms and conditions. Placing an order in the Snekkerbuks webshop implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Snekkerbuks cannot guarantee that the content of its website is free from spelling mistakes or other inaccuracies at all times, nor can we guarantee that all information is updated at all times. Snekkerbuks may change the content of its website and webshop at any time. 

Although we have tried to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, product images may differ slightly in color from the products ordered/delivered. Our products are made by hand from purely natural materials and have natural irregularities and differences. Each product is unique.

PAYMENT

Prices are quoted in EURO and include 21% Dutch VAT; shipping costs are excluded. Snekkerbuks accepts payments via PayPal, Stripe/credit card and bank transfer. The shipping costs will be added to your order. Upon receipt of your order at Snekkerbuks you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. 

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will send you a separate invoice with our bank details.

QUALITY STANDARDS

If you wish to claim a defect in the quality of your product, please contact us at info@snekkerbuks.com. We will assess the defect and try to help you. Claims for defects do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or improper use. In the event of returns and disputes, we comply with Dutch law.

Snekkerbuks respects your privacy and protects the personal information you share with us. When you order from us, we require your name, e-mail address and credit/debit card information, including a telephone number, so that we can contact you in the event of a problem or query about your order. All personal information is stored and handled with care, is never passed on to third parties and is only used to deliver your order. The Snekkerbuks webshop uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to protect your information.
