These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.snekkerbuks.com and its subdomains, as well as to all sales agreements between Snekkerbuks and its customers. No agreement between Snekkerbuks and its customer may be concluded without the customer’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Placing an order in the Snekkerbuks online store implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Snekkerbuks cannot guarantee that the content of its website is free of spelling errors or other inaccuracies at all times, nor can we guarantee that all information is up to date at all times. Snekkerbuks may change the content of its website and online store at any time. 

Although we have tried to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible, product images may differ slightly in color from the products you order or receive. Our products are handmade from all-natural materials and feature natural irregularities and variations. Each product is one-of-a-kind.

PAYMENT

Prices are listed in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT; shipping costs are not included. Snekkerbuks accepts payments via PayPal, Stripe/credit card, and bank transfer. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Once Snekkerbuks receives your order, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation. 

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will send you a separate invoice with our bank information.

QUALITY STANDARDS

If you wish to file a claim regarding a defect in your product, please contact us at info@snekkerbuks.com. We will assess the defect and try to assist you. Claims for defects do not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or improper use. For returns and disputes, we adhere to Dutch law.
