In the beginning I only had the children's lederhosen as a product. Thecommunity came about because all three of my children wore these pants at some point and grew out of them. Then I first passed the trousers around the family and everyone realized: hey, what a good pair of trousers. When these children grew up, they passed the pants on again. That's how we realized that they last a long time and that everyone is really happy when they get such old, used leather trousers.

Boxing for girls

Girls in particular tend to be taught not to hit or to assert themselves physically. They are often more reserved. But they also have an urge to move and a desire for physical confrontation - just like boys. To act this out, they need a counterbalance. An object such as a punching bag or a "sparring partner" can help with this.
