If it's broken, fix it! — Our products are designed to be durable and sturdy. But if something does happen, we offer you a free repair option!
This way, we give you the chance to repair your favorite item instead of throwing it away and having to buy a new one!
How does the repair service work?
Submit your repair request via email or WhatsApp and let us know what you’d like repaired. Please include a photo of your product showing the damaged area. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to clarify any details, and then you can send your product to our studio.
You can pay for the return shipping directly through our online store.
How much will the repair cost, and how long will it take?
Our repair service is free of charge. We only charge for the return shipping costs.
As soon as your item arrives at our studio, we'll repair it within two to four weeks.
How can I tell if my item can be repaired?
We'll repair whatever we can, but that's not always possible. We try to use materials that are similar to the original materials of your item. However, an exact match isn't always possible. As a result, repairs may be visible.
But your product will be better than new, because the best product is the one you already own.
How can I fix it myself?
You can also repair your item yourself. We're happy to help with tips and provide detailed advice. Just give us a call or send us an email.
