If it's broken, fix it!

Our products are designed to be durable and robust. However, should something happen, we offer you a free repair option! This way, we give you the opportunity to repair your favorite piece instead of having to throw it away and buy a new one!

How does it work?

Simply contact us by email (info@snekkerbuks.com) or via our contact form and provide us with your contact details and information about the product and the damage. Please include a photo of your product with the damaged area. After clarifying all the details, you can send us your product to our workshop and we will repair it if possible.

How much will the repair cost and how long will it take?

Our repair service is free of charge. We only charge the shipping costs for returning the product.

As soon as your item arrives at our workshop, we will repair it within two to four weeks.

How can I tell if my item can be repaired?

We will repair everything we can, but this is not always possible. We try to use materials that are similar to the original materials of your item. However, an exact match is not always possible. Repairs may therefore be visible.

But your product will be better than new, because the best product is the one you already have.

How can I repair it myself?
