Returns & Refunds
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it (right of withdrawal).
We will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
A return notification should be sent to info@snekkerbuks.com within 14 days of receiving the item, including your name, order number, and a list of the items being returned.
Your return should be shipped to our return address no later than 7 days after you receive the email return notification.

Please return the item undamaged and unused, with the original tags attached. Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation in the return package.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend including a tracking number with the return shipment or emailing it to us. Snekkerbuks cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have issued a refund. We will issue the refund as soon as possible after receiving the return, no later than 14 days.
