Our products are designed to be durable and robust. However, should something happen, we offer you a free repair option! This way, we give you the opportunity to repair your favorite piece instead of having to throw it away and buy a new one!

How does it work?

Simply contact us briefly by e-mail (info@snekkerbuks.com) or via our contact form and briefly describe the damage to your product.Please includea photo of your product with the damaged area.

We will then let you know immediately whether and how your product can be repaired.

You can then "buy" your repair here in the store and send your product to our workshop: Atelier Snekkerbuks, Transvaalkade 73, 1092 JS Amsterdam, Netherlands

How much will the repair cost and how long will it take?

Our repair service is free of charge. When you "order your repair", you only pay the shipping costs for sending it back.

As soon as your item arrives at our workshop, we will repair it within two to four weeks.

How can I tell if my item can be repaired?

We will repair everything we can, but this is not always possible. We try to use materials that are similar to the original materials of your item. However, an exact match is not always possible. Repairs may therefore be visible.

But your product will be better than new, because the best product is the one you already have.
