These leather overalls are the ideal weatherproof clothing for forest kindergarten. The oversized cut ensures maximum freedom of movement. The lower back is always well protected without a restrictive waistband constricting the abdomen. Children stay warm and dry—whether in wet sand, on damp soil, or in rainy weather. The leather keeps them warm in winter and cool in summer. Unlike nylon digging pants, the Snekkerbuks leather pants are breathable, so children don’t sweat.

Grow-with-me pants

These pants are perfect starting when your child begins crawling and will grow with them for 2–3 years. 

The pant legs are rolled up at first; the straps are adjustable with buckles, and an adjustable elastic waistband ensures that a jacket or thick sweater can be worn under the bib. Ideal for winter when worn with wool tights underneath.

Our overalls are designed to be very durable and sturdy, and are crafted to such a high standard that they can be passed down through many generations of children. If something does happen to break, we offer a free repair service! Send the overalls to our workshop, and we’ll repair them if possible.

Fair Production Made in Amsterdam

Every pair of Snekkerbuks children’s pants is crafted with precision using traditional methods in our Snekkerbuks workshop in Amsterdam. Our Snekkerbuks products have a short supply chain: The leather comes exclusively from Germany. We design and hand-sew all products with a small, fairly compensated team in our own workshop in the heart of Amsterdam. 

Very easy to care for

Caring for leather is very easy. Simply wipe the pants down with a damp cloth or rub them dry. You can find more information about leather care here.
