Conditions of participation for the competition

1. Organizer
   The competition is run by Snekkerbuks (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The registered office of the company is at Transvaalkade 73, 1092 JS Amsterdam.

2. Eligibility
   All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France or the Netherlands are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Entry period
   The competition starts on 02.12.2024 and ends on 29.12.2024 at 23.59.

4. How to take part
   To take part in the competition, the following steps must be completed:

   • Follow us on Instagram at @snekkerbuks.

   • Like the competition post.

   • Comment on the post and tell us which color you like best.

   • Tag a friend who shares your passion for boxes and good design.

5. Prize
   A handmade leather punching bag will be raffled off every week. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

6. Winner selection and announcement
   The winners will be selected at random. Every Sunday in December, the winner of the respective competition will be announced on our Instagram profile. The winner will also be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram.

7. Data protection
   The personal data collected as part of the competition will only be used to run the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended. Further information on data protection can be found in our terms and conditions on our website

8. Liability
   The organizer accepts no liability for any technical faults or delays that may affect the running of the competition. Furthermore, the organizer accepts no liability for the delivery of the prize by third parties.

9. Changes and termination of the competition
   The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if this becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Legal recourse
    Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Netherlands apply.

11. Other
    This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram.
