Join our circular program and make a statement. Our goal is a fully circular economy for our products and we need your support. Help us achieve this goal by returning your Snekkerbuks item after use.
This is how it works:
Send us an e-mail to info@snekkerbuks.com with a photo of your product and the invoice or order confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation from us that you can return your product, along with the shipping information. We accept all functional used products, regardless of age, with the exception of leather sandals.
Send your product back to us with a reminder or a photo of your Snekkerbuks experience. Share your Snekkerbuks story with us!
As soon as we have received your product, you will receive a store voucher worth 50% of the purchase price. We will also refund your shipping costs, which will be added to your store credit.
Redeem your store voucher for a new (or used) favorite item in our webshop!
We make sure that your product gets a second life by cleaning it, repairing it if necessary and selling it as Snekkerbuks Pre-Owned to the next happy owner.
