SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

We deliver free of charge to the following countries from an order value of €300:

  • Belgium 

  • Denmark 

  • Germany 

  • France 

  • Luxembourg 

  • Netherlands 

  • Austria 

For orders under 300 € the shipping costs are 9 € (punching bags: 29 €, punching bags Netherlands: 12 €).

Delivery time approx. 6 working days.

For all other European countries, the shipping costs are €19 per order (punching bags: €49). The delivery time is 5-10 working days.

Do you need your item faster? We also offer express delivery with a shipping time of 1-2 working days. For Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, the 'UPS Express Shipping' option is automatically displayed at checkout.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. For all other destinations outside Europe, the delivery time is 10-15 working days. The shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and then displayed.

RETURN OF A NEW ARTICLE

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it (right of withdrawal). We will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs). A return notification should be sent to info@snekkerbuks.com within 14 days of receiving the item, stating your name, order number and which items are being returned. Your return should be sent to our return address no later than 7 days after the e-mail return notification.

Please return the item undamaged and unused with the original labels. Enclose a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with the return package. 

The shipping costs for returned items shall be borne by the customer. We recommend that you enclose a tracking number with the return shipment or email it to us. Snekkerbuks cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. After receiving and checking the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have refunded the money. We will refund as soon as possible after receipt of the return, at the latest within 14 days.

RETURN OF A USED ARTICLE

Return your used Snekkerbuks product to us and receive a store voucher worth 50% of the original purchase price!

No matter how long you have used your Snekkerbuks item - you can return it for an unlimited period of time!

Simply enclose the invoice or order confirmation with your return.

We will refund the shipping costs for returned used items and add them to your store credit. We recommend enclosing a tracking number with the return. Used leather sandals are excluded from returns.
