Extremely lightweight backpack with great carrying comfort
A good children's backpack is one of the most important companions in your child's everyday life - whether at the forest kindergarten, at nursery, on excursions or when traveling.
Thanks to the breathable leather back section, the soft, felt-padded straps and the low weight of just 400 g, the rucksack sits comfortably and lightly on the shoulders even on longer journeys - even for small children.
There is a name tag in the rucksack for your name and address.
The backpack is waterproof!
It can be closed with a drawstring or buckle. The backpack flap and impregnated leather keep everything inside nice and dry, even in heavy rain.
Extra compartment inside
On the back inside there is a flat compartment for money, tickets and other small treasures.
What age is the children's backpack suitable for?
Our backpack fits even toddlers and is ideal as a kindergarten or daycare backpack for children aged 3-6 years. For schoolchildren, it is perfect as a small hiking backpack for school trips and travel.

We manufacture all backpacks with precision and traditional craftsmanship in our Snekkerbuks studio in Amsterdam. The high-quality workmanship makes the backpack extremely hard-wearing and durable.
Sustainable, pollutant-free materials
100% high-quality, robust cowhide from sustainable production. We only use leather from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG) with the Gold Standard - the most important sustainability standard for leather production.
The waterproofing and a light wax finish make the backpack water-repellent and particularly hard-wearing.
The backpack flap and drawstring are made of 100% cotton tent fabric produced in the Netherlands.

Free repairs
Our children's backpacks are designed to be very durable and robust and can be passed down through many generations of children. In the unlikely event that something should break: We offer you a free repair option! Send your backpack to our workshop and we will repair it if possible.
