Filling & weight
The Junior punching bag is supplied with a filling weight of 8 kg.
Our punching bags are filled with shredded recycled textile remnants. The filling quantity can be easily adjusted at home to suit body weight and work-out style to change the weight and hardness of the punching bag. If necessary, textile can be removed from the bag to make the punching bag lighter, or sand (packed in plastic bags) can be added. Detailed instructions are included→.

We manufacture each punching bag with precision and traditional craftsmanship in our Snekkerbuks studio in Amsterdam. The high-quality workmanship makes the punching bag extremely hard-wearing and durable.
Recycled leather from sustainable production
100% high-quality, robust cowhide leather from responsible production. We only use leather from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Groep (LWG) with the Gold Standard, the most important sustainability standard for leather production.
The impregnation and a water and dirt-repellent finish make the punching bag robust and very hard-wearing.
The straps are made of tear-resistant, 4 cm wide 100% cotton fabric.
The punching bag can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
How do I hang up the punching bag?
The punching bag is supplied with straps and a snap hook for hanging.
To hang the punching bag, you need a stable mount on the ceiling or wall. Screw hooks and special ceiling brackets or wall brackets for punching bags are available from DIY stores or sports shops. Hang the punching bag on a strong suspension rope made of cotton/nylon or on a metal chain on the bracket. Make sure that the punching bag can swing freely so that you can train effectively.

At what height should the punching bag be placed?
The top of the punching bag should hang about 10 cm higher than your own height.
