Even if it often seems unavoidable, there is actually no reason to spend every afternoon arguing about homework, school or screen time. With cell phone time-outs, a sporty quarter of an hour and mini-challenges, children, teenagers and parents can get their energy back in the afternoon - not through words, but through exercise. Then the rest (almost) works itself out. 

In the beginning I only had the children's lederhosen as a product. Thecommunity came about because all three of my children wore these pants at some point and grew out of them. Then I first passed the trousers around the family and everyone realized: hey, what a good pair of trousers. When these children grew up, they passed the pants on again. That's how we realized that they last a long time and that everyone is really happy when they get such old, used leather trousers.
